Connections With Others

Our psychological well-being is dependent on a variety of factors. Interpersonal relationships and feeling connected to others plays a large role in a person’s overall quality of life. When the sense of connection to others is absent, mental and emotional distress may arise as a result. It is important that we understand ourselves and our relationships/interactions with others. Oftentimes we have our most serious conflicts with our closest family members and friends which can cause an overwhelming amount of distress.
