Teresa Fairchild-Pitcher, CRNP, PMHNP
Teresa is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is a member of Sigma Theta Tau honor society and graduated from Drexel University. Teresa is currently a doctoral candidate at Wilkes University where she is also a full-time assistant professor. Her background is varied and includes many years of experience in emergency and critical care before making psychiatry her focus. Teresa’s clinical career has been focused on psychiatry for the past decade and has included experience in outpatient, inpatient, forensic, and drug & alcohol settings, treating adult and geriatric patients with mood, anxiety, eating, personality, and psychotic disorders as well as persons with developmental and substance-induced disorders. Teresa has a special theoretical and clinical interest in dynamic psychiatry but is highly trained in and utilizes a biopsychosocial orientation in treating psychiatric disorders. She believes a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment is the most beneficial and effective for her patients. Her expertise lies in psychopharmacology and psychopharmacogenetic testing.
Teresa provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and maintains professional affiliations with the American Nurses Association (ANA), American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA), Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners (PACNP), and Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA).

15-30 mins follow-up medication monitoring appointments - $150
